About Woodbox

Woodbox began in 2019 as an intimate coffee bar nestled in the heart of Bodø, Norway — a space where craftsmanship met quiet elegance. Together with my wife, we built a concept rooted in Scandinavian design, storytelling, and a deep reverence for the ritual of coffee. From hand-pulled espressos to curated conversations, every detail was intentional. We weren’t just serving drinks — we were crafting experiences. That foundation continues to define who we are: a brand devoted to excellence, connection, and the timeless beauty of slow coffee.
Today, Woodbox is unfolding in Toronto — a city as dynamic and layered as the brews we create. With a background that includes work at the Toronto International Film Festival and deep ties to one of the city’s premier coffee and equipment importers, I bring a rare blend of industry knowledge and creative vision. Since 2022, I’ve led sold-out latte art classes and barista workshops at the RC Show Toronto, and I continue to partner with select cafés and venues for immersive pop-ups. Each touchpoint is a carefully curated expression of our ethos — elevated, authentic, and quietly bold. Woodbox is not just growing — it’s becoming. A full-scale coffee concept and destination café are on the horizon. And for those who value precision, passion, and artistry in every pour, we’re just getting started.
